Novgorod investment promotion agency (NIPA) exists since August, 1997. The main goal of the Agency according to its Statutory documents is “to assist to the process of investments attraction into the economy of Novgorod region by carrying out coordinated investment policy, formation of favorable investment climate, predinvestment enterprises preparation and attraction of potential investors”.
